본 약관은 Ana Kona | 筆力書架 (이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 콘텐츠 및 관련 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

This Terms of Service governs the conditions of use, rights, and responsibilities between the operator and users of the content and related services provided by Ana Kona | 筆力書架 (the “Operator”).

본 약관은 한국어와 영어로 제공되며, 해석에 차이가 있을 경우 한국어 버전을 기준으로 합니다.
This Terms of Service is provided in both Korean and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version shall prevail.

제1조 (서비스의 성격)

Article 1 (Nature of the Service)

1. 본 서비스는 운영자가 집필·기획한 텍스트, 연재물, 강의 자료, 사유 노트 등 창작 콘텐츠를 제공하는 출판·연재·강의 연계형 콘텐츠 서비스입니다.
   This service provides original written works, serialized essays, lecture-related materials, and reflective notes created and curated by the Operator as a publication- and lecture-related content service.

2. 본 서비스는 특정 결과, 성취, 학습 효과를 보장하는 교육·컨설팅·치료 서비스가 아닙니다.
   This service does not constitute an educational, consulting, or therapeutic service that guarantees specific outcomes or results.

제2조 (콘텐츠 제공 방식)

Article 2 (Content Delivery)

1. 콘텐츠는 다음과 같은 형태로 제공될 수 있습니다.
   Content may be provided in the following forms:

   • 공개 콘텐츠 (무료) / Public content (free access)

   • 일부 공개 콘텐츠 (미리보기) / Partially available content (preview)

   • 구독자 또는 수강자 전용 콘텐츠 / Subscriber- or member-only content

2. 콘텐츠의 공개 범위, 제공 방식 및 제공 시점은 운영자의 기획 및 운영 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
   The scope, format, and timing of content availability may be adjusted at the Operator’s discretion.

3. 운영자는 콘텐츠를 수정, 보완, 재구성하거나 아카이브로 전환할 수 있습니다.
   The Operator may revise, update, reorganize, or archive content as needed.

제3조 (구독 및 결제)

Article 3 (Subscription and Payment)

1. 일부 콘텐츠는 유료 구독 또는 후원을 통해서만 접근할 수 있습니다.
   Certain content is accessible only through paid subscriptions or financial support.

2. 결제는 외부 플랫폼(Substack, Patreon 등)을 통해 이루어지며, 해당 플랫폼의 약관과 정책이 함께 적용됩니다.
   Payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as Substack or Patreon), and their respective terms and policies also apply.

3. 운영자는 결제 과정에서 발생한 플랫폼 오류, 수수료, 환율 변동, 결제 실패 등에 대해 직접적인 책임을 지지 않습니다.
   The Operator is not directly responsible for platform errors, transaction fees, currency exchange issues, or payment failures.

제4조 (환불 정책)

Article 4 (Refund Policy)

1. 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상, 이미 제공된 콘텐츠에 대해서는 원칙적으로 환불이 불가합니다.
   Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once content has been delivered.

2. 중복 결제 또는 명백한 시스템 오류가 발생한 경우, 운영자의 판단에 따라 예외적으로 처리될 수 있습니다.
   Exceptions may be made at the Operator’s discretion in cases of duplicate payments or clear system errors.

3. 후원 성격의 결제는 원칙적으로 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
   Payments made as support or patronage are non-refundable.

제5조 (저작권 및 이용 제한)

Article 5 (Copyright and Usage Restrictions)

1. 본 서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠의 저작권은 운영자에게 귀속됩니다.
   All content provided through this service is copyrighted and owned by the Operator.

2. 이용자는 콘텐츠를 개인적·비상업적 용도로만 이용할 수 있습니다.
   Users may access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. 다음 행위는 금지됩니다.
   The following actions are prohibited:

   • 무단 복제, 재배포, 전송, 판매
     Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, transmission, or sale

   • 제3자 제공 또는 공개 공유
     Sharing content with third parties

   • AI 학습 데이터로의 무단 사용
     Unauthorized use as training data for AI systems

제6조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)

Article 6 (Service Modification and Termination)

1. 운영자는 플랫폼 정책 변경, 기술적 문제, 프로젝트 전환 등의 사유로 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
   The Operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the service due to platform policy changes, technical issues, or project transitions.

2. 장기 중단 또는 종료 시, 가능한 범위 내에서 사전 안내를 제공합니다.
   In the event of long-term suspension or termination, prior notice will be given when reasonably possible.

제7조 (책임의 제한)

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

1. 본 서비스의 콘텐츠는 사유, 연구, 해석을 위한 자료이며, 이용자의 판단과 선택에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
   The content is provided for reflection, research, and interpretation, and users are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

2. 운영자는 콘텐츠 이용으로 인해 발생한 직·간접적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
   The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the content.

제8조 (개인정보 보호)

Article 8 (Personal Data Protection)

1. 이메일 주소 등 최소한의 개인정보는 서비스 제공 및 구독 관리 목적에 한해 사용됩니다.
   Minimal personal data, such as email addresses, is collected solely for service delivery and subscription management.

2. 개인정보의 처리와 보호는 각 플랫폼의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
   Personal data handling follows the privacy policies of the respective platforms used.

제9조 (약관의 변경)

Article 9 (Amendments)

1. 본 약관은 필요 시 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 서비스 내 공지를 통해 안내됩니다.
   These Terms may be updated as necessary, with notice provided through the service.

2. 변경 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우, 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
   Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

제10조 (준거법)

Article 10 (Governing Law)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
